Whether you realize it or not, you have your own unique talents and skills that form your personal strengths at work. By discovering these strengths, you can use them to your advantage. Also, build on any areas of weakness. In this way, you can increase your value as an employee, boost your self-esteem, and increase your overall job satisfaction.

Working out how you add value to your workplace will help you develop better plans and achieve your goals. You’ll also be better prepared to overcome obstacles and embrace tasks you know you’ll be good at. Knowing how to self-evaluate and truly understand your capabilities is key.
